Postdoctoral researcher in computational neuroanatomy developing automated segmentation methods for the brain's major white-matter tracts from tractography, using cross-species and literature-based anatomy. Visualized tractography and segmentation results, quantified tract properties, and developed, documented, and maintained code repositories for replicability. Resulting tools enabled cross-referencing of non-humanprimate 'ground-truth' connectivity against imaging-based human connectivity, and served as anatomy models supporting development of deep brain stimulation (DBS) techniques and technologies.
